Kimi is one of the most professional vendors I’ve ever worked with. She makes a point to really understand and know her couples before working with them which makes the wedding planning process feel less like work and more like fun. My husband and I never had any issues getting in touch with Kimi— she’s always on time to meetings and couldn’t be more personable. Having found her on social media and never meeting in real life until our wedding day— I had reservations in the beginning of our working relationship, but she executed all our visions and went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was one of the best days. Hiring Kimi Arya as my wedding designer was one of the best decisions I made throughout the process of planning my wedding. As a bride-to-be who had never given much thought to what vision I had for my decor, planning and choosing my wedding décor felt like it would be one of the most daunting tasks in my planning process. From our very first meeting however, Kimi instantly put my mind at ease. With her passion for her work, combined with her talent and experience, Kimi worked with me to narrow down what I wanted my big day to look like, and brought the vision I didn’t know I had to life right before my eyes!

Peter and I were referred to Kimi through a mutual friend - after our first meeting we instantly knew she was the right person for us! Kimi is passionate about what she does, she’s professional, polite, responds quickly, and is very knowledgeable about the industry. Throughout the year if she came across anything that she thought would fit our design plan, she would always share and work to adjust on the fly! We made a few last minute changes a couple weeks before the wedding and without hesitation or concern, she was able to accommodate and pull everything together. Our wedding looked phenomenal - it turned out even more beautiful than what we could have pictured.

I cannot imagine what I would have done without you - you kept everyone in the wedding party on schedule, you were my eyes and ears at the venue while the vendors set everything up, put together such a detailed itinerary, but most of all, your energy really got my bridesmaids so pumped up. Kimi Arya is a women of many talents. Kimi was our month of wedding coordinator and I don’t know what I would have done without her. She worked really hard to make sure the day went as perfect as could be. She met with us prior to and after even just meeting her for the first time, she was very professional, trustworthy and flexible. Although Kimi was hired of the month of coordination, she was available by phone to discuss and assist with any issues I had, she had offered her help with vendors.

Kimi is easily the best decision we made when we started to plan our wedding. We got married in Niagara Falls, ON. I live in Buffalo, NY, Kumar, my fiancé lives in Milwaukee, WI and his family is in Toronto, ON. The thought of putting a wedding together while being so far from each other and working full time really scared us. From the moment we talked to Kimi we knew she was the one. Needless to say, Kimi comes with the highest of recommendations from us!!! We hope to work with her again in the future!
